The OROS reservation policy

Reservation fee: $200.00 USD per unit. This is the total amount collected now for the reservation, with no additional OROS fees. The robot base price is $25,000 USD per unit. The balance after reservation is $24,800, before shipping, taxes and customs duties. Any currency conversion fees are determined by your payment provider or bank.
What your reservation includes
A refundable OROS reservation. The reservation allows you to receive an invitation to make a future purchase when the product is available and suitable for your destination and intended use. OROS is in research and development; there is no verified complete commercial robot, final specification or delivery date yet. Concept images do not document physical capabilities. A reservation is not a robot purchase, a software licence, or a guarantee of a specific place in a queue.
Price and future payments
The base price of an OROS robot is $25,000 USD per unit. Of this price, $200 is paid now as a reservation fee, leaving a balance of $24,800 per unit before shipping, taxes and customs duties. This base price is reserved for reservations under this version of the terms. The full reservation fee will be credited towards a future purchase if you choose to proceed. The final configuration, destination, all additional costs, warranty and delivery terms will be provided before a separate purchase agreement, and new consent will be required. There is no automatic additional charge or subscription. If the terms do not suit you, you may cancel for a full refund. The reservation is not an investment, a security or an escrow deposit, and does not earn interest.
Destinations, delivery, shipping and taxes
No product is shipped as part of the reservation and no shipping charge is collected now. Providing a country does not confirm that a robot can be delivered there. Delivery destinations, regulatory suitability, specifications, warranty, price, shipping, taxes and customs duties will be detailed before a separate purchase agreement. There is currently no confirmed delivery date. If we cannot deliver to your destination, you may cancel for a full refund.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time before explicitly agreeing to a separate purchase agreement and receive a full refund of the USD amount paid, with no OROS cancellation fee. You can request a refund through your payment link once payment has been recorded, or by emailing contact@overseesystems.com with your confirmation reference. The company will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the request. Cancellation by the company also entitles you to a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible; otherwise, a verified alternative will be arranged. The time taken for the refund to appear and any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider may vary. A refund request does not mean a refund has already been issued.
Privacy
OVERSEE SYSTEMS LTD stores your name, email address, country, quantity, intended use and any additional details you choose to provide to administer your reservation, support and refunds. The accepted terms, time of consent, amount, currency, transaction identifiers and payment status are also stored. PayPal processes payment details under its own policy; the store does not store card numbers. Authorised owners and hosting, payment and email providers can access information as needed to provide the service. After payment verification, a transaction confirmation is sent to the email address you provided and the owner is notified through the company infrastructure. Owner push notifications do not include customer details. The reservation consent checkbox is not consent to advertising. Information is retained as needed to administer the transaction and meet the company’s applicable recordkeeping obligations. General terms
Reservations are for people aged 18 or over who can enter into the transaction, subject to applicable law and payment-provider restrictions. A reservation is personal and does not grant a right to resell or transfer it without the company’s consent. The terms saved at the time of payment apply to that reservation; future website changes do not reduce existing rights. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
