What do I pay now, and what comes later?
You pay $200 USD per reservation now. The base price of an OROS robot is $25,000, leaving a $24,800 balance before shipping, taxes and customs duties. Purchase terms and final costs will be set out in a separate agreement. There is no automatic additional charge.
Can I cancel and get my money back?
Yes. Before explicitly agreeing to a separate purchase agreement, you can request a full refund of the reservation fee with no cancellation fee. Email contact@overseesystems.com. The company will process your request within 14 days. The time for the refund to appear also depends on your payment provider and bank.
When will OROS be ready, and where will you ship?
OROS is in development. Delivery timing and destinations have not been confirmed. Providing a country during reservation does not confirm delivery eligibility. Delivery options, costs and terms will be detailed before purchase.
What on this website exists today?
The product images and film are concept visualisations. Development photographs show real printed head and structural components. Software and simulation research does not verify the capabilities of a complete physical robot. There is no final commercial specification or commitment to perform specific tasks yet.
Is a final technical specification available?
Not yet. Dimensions, weight, degrees of freedom, battery, runtime, payload, sensors, speed, accessories, software licences and warranty will be defined later. Technologies listed on this website describe research and development directions, not a commitment to package contents.
Do I need an account to reserve?
No store or ChatGPT account is required. Enter your contact details, review your reservation and continue through PayPal. Available payment options are determined by PayPal. After payment is verified, your order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided.
